Africa En Vogue

Last year Italian Vogue Editor-In-Chief, Franca Sozzani was named Goodwill Ambassador for Fashion 4 Development, "a global campaign, which through its fashion-based initiatives, seeks to combat the United Nation's wider issues - from poverty to gender inequality". Franca Sozzani recently visited West Africa and stopped in Ghana to meet with the countries borgeoning African fashion industry's Who's Who. Her and Roberto Cavalli also made a pit stop in Nigeria to promote the “Every Woman Every Child Africa” effort to engage “a collective of high-level change-actors in Nigerian fashion, art, culture, design and retail for the global startegy for Women’s and Children’s Health.“
