Feathered and Festival Ready

March is right around the corner and its only a matter of time before tens of hipsters and hundreds of music artist descend upon our beautiful city and turn it into a beautiful nightmare for and entire week of SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX. I'LL BE THERE! In recent years festival goers styles have been and inspiring collections, looks and editorial features in media like style.com, Elle Magazine, and this one on Topshop. I been thinking up my own look and I already planned on getting FEATHERED! This tutorial just solidified the whole look I'm going for, Tribal Warrior of course with a touch of my personal Fresh. I got my jumbo pencils by NYX and my feathers ready! Let's GO!
